Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) – SDGR Belgium
1. Company Presentation
SDGR Belgium is a digital platform offering a service for automating the Dynamic Risk Management System (SDGR) and Risk Analysis for employers in Belgium, via the sdgr-belgique.be website.
Our solution is based on a computer algorithm to optimize and automate the creation of prevention documents, saving time for companies and ensuring their legal compliance.
SDGR Belgium is not a state body, but a private company providing an innovative technical service designed to support employers in their workplace well-being obligations.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relations between SDGR Belgium and any customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") using our SDGR and Risk Analysis automation solution.
By accessing our service or placing an order, the Customer accepts these TCS in full.
3. Service Description
SDGR Belgium offers two main services:
A. Initial SDGR Document / Risk Analysis Creation
- The service enables automatic generation of an SDGR document compliant with Belgian workplace well-being legislation.
- The price for initial creation is indicated on the site (amount adaptable according to your economic model).
B. Update Subscription
The Customer may subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription allowing them to:
- modify,
- regenerate,
- and update their SDGR documents unlimited,
without repaying the initial creation cost.
This subscription allows the Customer to keep their document compliant with the evolution of risks in their company.
4. Prices
The prices in effect are those displayed on the sdgr-belgique.be site at the time of order.
They may include:
- a fixed price for initial SDGR document creation,
- a monthly or annual subscription for unlimited updates.
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is made at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the site.
In case of subscription:
- deduction is automatic,
- at each due date (monthly or annual),
- according to the option chosen by the Customer.
The Customer guarantees having the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method.
6. SDGR Update
In accordance with the Workplace Well-being Code, the SDGR and Risk Analysis must be regularly reviewed, in particular:
- during organizational changes,
- in case of new risks,
- or within the framework of dynamic monitoring required by Belgian law.
Thanks to the SDGR Belgium subscription, the Customer can update their documents as many times as necessary to remain compliant.
7. Termination
The Customer may terminate their subscription at any time via their personal area on sdgr-belgique.be.
Termination will take effect at the end of the current period, whether monthly or annual.
Payments already made for the current period remain acquired by SDGR Belgium.
8. Liability
SDGR Belgium undertakes to provide a reliable and quality service.
However, SDGR Belgium:
- cannot be held responsible for consequences caused by misuse of the SDGR document by the Customer,
- or by lack of update on the part of the Customer,
- or by erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
The Customer remains solely responsible for the effective application of prevention measures in their company.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, files, algorithms, texts, designs and elements on the sdgr-belgique.be site are the exclusive property of SDGR Belgium.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of the content, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
10. Applicable Law
These TCS are subject to Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of SDGR Belgium, except for mandatory legal provisions.
